The cutting of hair for Umrah

Ahsalamaulaikum,
InshaAllah can someone please answer this question:

When a woman is coming out of the state of Ihram and needs to cut her hair... What if she already has hair in very short style where only clippers will make her hair shorter. Does she need to shave off her hair in this way to have cut the neccassary amount from what is described in the sunnah

Allahu Alam. Do women need to cut their hair? I thought it was for men only.

For those that are going on the UIK Seminar... are we going to Makka first? What is the schulde?

Because Ihram rulings are different for those going from Madina to Mecca and those going from US to Makka.
