as-salaamu 'alaikum warahmatullahi wabarakaatuh,

The forth hadith in an-nawaawi says:

"...By Allah, other than Whom there is no god, verily one of you behaves like the people of Paradise until there is but an arm's length between him and it, and that which has been written over takes him and so he behaves like the people of Hell-fire and thus he enters it..."

How do we avoid such destruction and how do we make sure that we stay & become firmer upon the straight path till we die on it. And those who have strayed from the Straight Path, what caused them to stray from it and how can we protect ourselves from straying? JazakAllahu khayran.

May Allah make us firm upon His Straight Path and may He protect us all from destruction. Ameen. BaarakAllahu feekum.

as-salaamu 'alaikum warahmatullahi wabarakaatuh,

When does it become obligatory upon an individual to make a Will and what matters must be present in the Will? Also, how does the individual make sure he divides his property correctly, as it seems to me that the rulings regarding the Will are a bit complex; or can he just leave the division to be done by someone else after he passes away?

JazakAllahu khayran.

As salaam alaikum

I'm in bilad al kufr and I wan to leave as soon as possible in sha Allah. I am married and have a 2 yr old child. I don't have enough money to go back home. Six years ago my mother needed a home because she was divorced from my father. I bought a house from money involving interest (bank loan). I knew it was wrong but I didn't have the money to help her and I couldn't leave her without a home. Please tell me insha Allah is it permissible for me and my familyto move back home with my mother or should I continue to live in bilad al kufr until I save enough money to leave.

May Allah reward you with good. ameen

as salam alaikum wa rahmatullahi wa barakatahu,

a sister has agreed to marry a brother,, the speak through a wali, but it has come to her that it may be permissable for her son whos 10 (in 2 weeks) is able to sit in on the meetings between the brother and sisters and act as her mahram. The brother is not in the same country as the sister , so my question is , is it permissable for the brother and sister to converse over the phone or internet if her son is present

may Allah increase us in all thats good and forgive our shortcomings ameen
