b. Are the classes held daily, and both is Mecca and Medina, any idea of timings?
c. Where are the classes held?
d. Will we know soon what books will be covered?
e. How far is the hotel from Haram, both in Makkah and Medina, any list of possibilities where we will be staying.

Makkah = Two Weeks, Madinah = One week

Classes are held daily in a lecture hall, 4-6 classes daily - Hotel is right next to the Haram, Exact location will only be disclosed to participants via email.

There are no extra charges if siblings are staying in same room and All lectures are translated

Having sent all documents and monies as directed to reach Albaseerah on or before May 15th. no e-mail response has been received to date. What is the average time frame we should expect before hearing whether you have our information and monies?

Menningestis vaccinations are given in two categories: one for children and teens usually lasting for 3 to 4 years and the second for adults called 5+ that I am told by register nurse last up to 9 years. If you have had a vaccination in 2002 for Hajj would another one by needed at this time?

Concerning the meningitis vaccination, be sure to check your health records or check with your health provider who administered the vaccination to be sure it was the 5+ type shot and to be sure you are not in need of another one. This vaccination is mandatory so I advise you find out as soon as possible to ensure efficient and complete processing of your visa.
