Many times paltalk does not work and often has sound issues as well as it goes offline etc. etc. Recently somepeople havebeen complaining that the nicks which are black , meaning those who run paltalk for free, are being banned slowly. Only those who haveblue nicks that is those who pay can use paltalk. Some countries , are facing with this problem , i think US and Uk are not wallahu alam.

Albaseerah has an alternative , the internet broadcast but i thought i will mention another alternative as well called the INSPEAK.

Its similar to paltalk , with same controls, same room creating business, similar admin controls,
and I see that some of our brothers are already usingthatmessenger.
Its pretty simple.

Go to www.inspeak.com download the software, create a nick and then create a room... pretty self explanatory. The admin controls are the same. To change the room banner info on the top just right click on it and clear the text and write the message that you want to write

Another benefit is that , it can be run simultaneously with paltalk so we can have both the rooms open at the same time.

And the haafidhaat can have a review room there too, inshaa'Allaah.

I tried to register with Paltalk several times (for the purpose of sisters' revision) over the past few weeks without success (using the free version).When trying to send the registration form I get the message : Paltalk Closing,
Unable to Connect. (tc-???? - a number I don't remember).
Is it banned in some countries perhaps?

It is certainly banned in UAE.

I had to purchase a Blue account to get into the room.

Its official. I tried logging through a old version of Paltalk, but upon loggin it, it asked to update instantly.

So there is no workaround it.

the lecture given by the grand mufti abdul-azeez aal ash-shaikh on 1/12/2008 entitled "the manhaj of giving dawah" is still not available to listen to on the website.

i pm'ed and emailed a couple of admins and moderators, and only one responded, but even she didnt know when the lecture would available to listen to.

hopefully, someone can assist me in this quest of mine to listen to the lecture, as i and others asked some very beneficial questions which i would like to listen to again to make sure i understood the shaikh's answers correctly, and possibly even transcribe the lecture of the q/a section for albaseerah. while i have alot of free time on my hands.

insha'Allaah, it would be great to listen to the lecture again, not just for myself, but for the benefits of others as well.

Dear brother we are very sorry for the delay.

We like to remind our dear visitors that we do our best to upload all LIVE lectures but we do not promise to upload every single lecture.

Some lectures (as the one you had requested) due to technical difficulty are not recorded in high quality and needs alot of time to cleaning and editing.

As you know all of our dear brothers and sisters are only volunteers for albaseerah with many other responsibilities, sometime it can be diffcult to get everything done as we would want but lack of time and helping hands can slow the process.

So we request our dear visitors to be patient with us, if your preferred lecture is not uploaded then you can wait until its uploaded and meanwhile you can enjoy and benefit from other lectures which are uploaded.
