A salafi Muslim woman who committed zinaa and had a baby as a result took the man to court for child support (maintainance).

The woman feels that the man who is considered a kaafir (a member of the Nation of Islaam) is the legal father of the child.

Is it right for her to receive the money from the man for the child's maintainance?

Is the man the child's father?

What should the woman do when the child asks about his father, is he to have any relationship with him at all?
