Default SUGGEST NEW: Topic for LIVE Lectures & New Class for Online Courses

bismillah asalamualikum!
i thought i could add these here as well,

can we have some lecture totally on these topics:

MUSIC and all detail ruling on this, and all issue around it (maybe sub topic could be TV)

PICTURE - and all detail ruling of it, difference of opinion on this, picture issue over online and CD, and DVD and Vedio and so on, every issue around this picture.

i really want something solid from the lip of our scholars on these topic, so i can pass these audios to the people i come across, i currently need them so much.

we have many text but no pure full lecture on these issues, a lot of Q&A here and there as well as audio. but not full lecture on the full topic.

please make these 2 lecture for us. was-salamualikum

AsSalamualykum,

During Ali Bin Ali Taalib Seminar Sheikh Khaled AlJaressy mentioned that he can teach one how to perform ruqyah, and the complete training can InshaAllah be done in a week.

I was wondering if its possible to turn this into an OIC BiIznillah?

Default Complete Tafseer

AsSalamualykum,

I would like to suggest if we can InshaAllah convince a Sheikh or Shyooks and InshaAllah begin a OIC Tafseer course and target to cover one or two juz per month InshaAllah we can be done in 2-3yrs.

I think this audio of arabic and english lectures would be a great asset for future students as well.

Sure it is a long time commitment but InshaAllah beenfits will be huge.

Jazak Allah Khair

Assalamu alaykum wa rahmatullah

With only a couple of weeks before Ramadan begins, I was wondering if Albaseerah would schedule LIVE lectures on preparing for Ramadan. It's always helpful to be reminded of the virtues of this blessed month.

Assalamu alaikum

It would be greatly appreciated if we could have an oic course(s) on the pillars of Islaam:

-Salaat (prayer) *especially one on salaat*
-Zakat (charity)
-hajj (pilgrimage)
-Saum (fasting)

Asalaamu Alaykum,

I think a thorough lecture or even a series of classes on Raising Righteous Children or the Muslim Household in general with focuses and tips on each factor of it would be a great benefit to the community inshaallah.

salam 'alaikum wa rahmatullah!

as of late i have been yearning to hear a good and thorough lecture on the importance of adhering to the 'ulema of the past rather than taking the opinion of any 'scholar' in the present. it seems that the usage of the term 'scholar' is much too common now and everybody is a 'shaykh'. with this said, i would like to hear a lecture on:

what is the definition of an islamic scholar according to the quran, the sunnah, and the understanding of the salaf? what is the procedure in verifying the reliability of an islamic scholar? how should we give dawah to those who take misguided and/or unknown people as their scholars nowadays?

jazakum allah for all of your efforts...
