Is it permissible for a man to go with his wife to her female doctor while it's unnesicerily because she doesn't need him there for example for translation, because she speaks the language of that country?

As-Saalamu 'Alaykum,
What is the rulling concerning cartoons? Are they considered as something with a soul? Is it permissible for a wife to do hijrah with her kids even though her husband refuses? Barakalahu Fik Was-Saalamu 'Alaykum |

As-Salaamu Alaikum
Recently a 94 year old women, with dementia (alzheimer) and very sick, took her shahaadah stating that she understood what she was saying. Later, maybe a day or two or three, when her grandson, who prompted her to say the shahaadah, said to her: grandma you are a Muslim, she stated no son you are a Muslim and I am a Baptist. At that point the grandson prompted her to take her shahaadah again asking her all the while if she understood what she was saying, she stated yes she did. A few days ago she died. How do we look upon her, as a Muslim or not? Are we able to make du'a for her or not? Please provide the evidence for you response. BarakAllaahu feekum. |

as salaamu alaikum wa Rahmatullah
when my son was born in 1996 we did not have an aqiqah for him because his father said he couldn't afford it. two years later i gave birth to a second son and their father said that instead of slaughtering 4 lambs, the boys could share two lambs for their aqiqah because he couldn't afford to slaughter 4. i ended up getting a khula from him, not for this reason, but for other reasons. i'm remarried to anothed brother (Alhamdulillah). in the salafi community that we belong to the imam gave a class on the birth right of the child which included the rights of the aqiqah and that you can't share an animal for an aqiqah. last year my sons father passed away. my question is am i obligated to have an aqiqah for my first son since he wasn't given his rights? oh noble shaikhs please advise us and may Allah Azza Wal Jal continue to bless you all with beneficial knowledge. Amin. Jazzakhlahu Khairan |

As-sallaamu Alaikum Wa Rahmahtullahi Wa Barakatuh,
Also, what advice do you have to a sister whose husband is making it difficult for her to leave the marriage and there are no knowledgable people in her community to deal with the situation? |

as Salam Aleykum Wa Rhametullah,
I have been asked, that 'If Islam teaches that the Prophet's bodies do not decompose then why are non Muslims shown the Body of Muhammad, Salaat wa Salam, be upon him so that they can see the miracle for themselves?' How can I respond, without evading the question? |

Asalaamualykum
Please could you ask the Sheikh about the permissibility of combining maghrib and esha in summer time in Western countries such as here in the UK because of the non-arrival of the time of esha. The fact that the twilight never really disappears during the summer; therefore how do you determine the beginning of Isha after maghrib; and is it therefore acceptable to pray esha very shortly after maghrib or to combine Esha with Maghrib?? Aslaamu Aliakum
I have a 3yr old son who recently has become so hard to deal with i don't know what to do . I have tried everthing from reminding him of Allaah to even beating him i don't own a tv or listen to music he is only home with myself or at the masjid with my husband only quran and ilm from the scholars or talibul ilm are heard in my house and cars he is taught the religon and other scholastic needs on a regular basis he is taught to fast and pray and all other things that he should learn how to do early. but as recently he steals lies just to lie is very destructive and purposely sets out to do what is wrong then laughs and brags about what he has done he is constatly peeing on his self rather he is sleep or not and eats out the trash .he has also recently been talking in deep conversation with his self when he is alone or everyone is sleep when i ask him who he is talking to he says his pretend friend and it is starting to worry me . should i look in to ruqya could it be a jinn even tho he listens to quran and responds well to learning the religon. please give me adivce on how i can change these evil actions of his .Aslaamu Alikum jazakuallahu Kahiran |

As Salaamu Alaikum Wa Rahmatullaahi Wa Barakatuhu, I am a sister who has been married for about five years. My husband has a job that he just started but does not pay enough to pay even half of my bills. For most of our marriage I have financially taken care of myself. My husband is also severely overweight. He has gone from having premature ejaculation and insufficient erection to not performing sexually at all with me and preferring masterbation. I have no outlet for any of my sexual desires and it has change my demeanor even towards my children. Should I ask for a Khula? I hope this question is not offensive or in appropriate. Jazakallaah Khair. As Salaamu Alaikum Wa Rahamatullaah

As Salaamu Alaikum , I have been married for about five years. When I got married I was a new shahada and unaware of most of my rights. I married my husband so as not to commit zina. Throughout our whole marriage he has barely contributed to my bills, we argue constantly about him learning and acting upon his deen, and now he is unable to fulfill my sexual desires. He is extremely overweight, unable to perform, premature ejaculation, unable to maintain an erection, and more times than not prefers masterbation to intercourse. My sexual frustration has caused tension and distance towards him and impatience towards my children. This has been going on for months and gradually reaching this point for years. Should I ask for khula? Jazakallaah Khair

Assalamu'alaykum warahmatullaah. Is it haraam to watch cartoons if you mute the voice and can't hear any music at all?

bismillaahir rahmaanir raheem
assalaamu 'alaykum wa rahmatullaah I have a nickname in paltalk that is neither feminine or masculine, however the administrator(s) thinks that I am a brother. I have never corrected anyone because I do not want my genger known as a form of hijaab although it is in a paltalk. Is this deception on my part by not correcting the brothers when they call me brother so and so (using my nickname). |

Salam alaykum waramatulahi wabarakatuhu
My question is if one enters into a mosque where a voluntary solat is been observed in congregation and he wants to observe a compulsory solat with other brothers. Can they do this considering the position of islam on discouraging two congregational prayers at the same time. Or should they just pray behind the imam praying the voluntary prayer and have the intention of the compulsory prayer. |
